Ice Cold Comix is a self-publishing independent comic company that was established in the Fall of 2006 by one man who makes and produces mini comics the size of a debit card and sell for $2.00 each. Over the years, Ice Cold Comix has published characters such as Ice Frost and Top Speed, the latest series which is currently in the works.
